Description

The HLS000 separate slip ring consists of an independent rotor and brush assembly. Compared with integrated slip rings, the separated structure provides greater installation flexibility and allows the rotor and stator to be mounted separately according to the equipment layout.

The rotor section can be designed with a through-bore for hydraulic channels, pneumatic channels, or drive shaft mounting. This design helps the slip ring adapt to space constraints and special installation requirements.

This series is available with 2–36 circuits and through-bore sizes from 9.5mm to 100mm, with solid shaft options also available. It is suitable for compact precision instruments, industrial machining centers, rotary tables, cable reels, rotary sensors, process control equipment, and other rotating systems requiring stable power or signal transmission.
